Rescheduling possible. - Consent & safety: Participants complete a short consent/health form. You may withdraw at any time. Tell us about allergies or accessibility needs. - Confidentiality: What’s shared in the group stays in the group, except where safety requires disclosure. - Emotional support: Facilitators offer support and will signpost further help if needed. This is not long‑term therapy. - Photos & promotion: No photos/recordings during sessions without everyone’s consent. Promotional images used only with consent.
